Oral History Interviews

Our oral history program has been running since the mid-1970s and has now amassed a collection of more than 100 interviews of members of the South Windsor community. Most of these interviews have been recorded by volunteer interviewers and most have been recorded since the year 2000. Through personal stories, local residents tell the story of South Windsor and its changing times.

Below is a list of completed oral history interviews (some with available online transcripts). Our oral history program is ongoing and we are always looking for new storytellers and volunteer interviewers.
